Our School

St Patrick’s is located in the beautiful Hunter Valley area of New South Wales, Australia. We are a primary school catering for children from Early Stage 1 to Stage 3.

St. Patrick’s is affiliated with the Sisters of St. Joseph who are pioneers of Catholic Education in the Cessnock area. We continue our mission today of providing quality teaching and learning within the context of Catholic Faith where the uniqueness of each individual is nurtured and valued.

We aspire to empower and challenge students through innovative teaching practices to become life long learners.

We are committed to providing teaching and learning situations that promote academic fulfilment, emotional intelligence, resilience and self-worth in an atmosphere of love, respect, tolerance and acceptance.

SMARTboard technology is a vital component of our teaching program and SMARTboards are installed in all classrooms.

We offer a variety of extra-curricula activities which address the various skills and computer talents of the students.
